Refund Policy:

Personalized signs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Proof Approval:

If a proof is sent to verify customization details, it must be approved within 24-48 hours. Failure to approve absolves us of liability for errors. If no response is received within this time frame, the proof is assumed approved as submitted.

Shipping Policy:

Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Insurance is available at checkout through Route. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Express, or Ground Advantage depending on package size and weight. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days after proof approval for personalized signs and 1-2 days for non-personalized signs. Transit times may vary.

International Addresses:

At this time, we only ship within the United States and cannot ship to APO addresses.

We collect and use personal information only for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties and offer an opt-out option for communications.
