GENERAL INFORMATION
Where are your signs made?
Every sign is custom made to order in our Florida studio using high-quality materials and professional printing equipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier, but most customers receive their signs within 3–7 business days after shipping.

What materials are your signs made from?
Our signs are printed on durable, high-quality vinyl mounted to rigid PVC, providing vibrant color and long-lasting indoor/outdoor use.

Do the signs come ready to hang?
Yes! All signs arrive ready to hang. Some signs include keyholes; some novelty sizes may offer rope hangers.

CUSTOMIZATION
Can I personalize my sign?
Yes—most Fun Sign Factory signs include fully customizable text.

Can you change colors?
Yes. We can adjust text colors and hair color (when characters are included). For RV signs, we can often swap the RV style (A-class, C-class, trailer, etc.).

Can I request special customization?
If you have a special request, please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using the most reliable and cost-effective method for your area, including FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Most medium and large signs ship via FedEx.

Do you offer package protection?
Yes. Route Package Protection is available at checkout and covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If Route was purchased, you must file directly with Route using the link in your Route confirmation email.

If Route was not purchased, your package may qualify for FedEx’s uninsured coverage (up to $100). Please save all original packaging, including the box and internal materials, as FedEx may require them for inspection. Fun Sign Factory will file the FedEx claim on your behalf. Replacements are issued once FedEx accepts the claim.

What if my package is stolen?
Carriers do not insure theft. Stolen or “delivered-but-missing” packages can only be replaced or refunded if Route Package Protection was purchased.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns?
Because every sign is made to order, personalized signs are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Non-personalized (novelty) signs may be returned within 14 days. Customer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.

How do I request a return for a novelty sign?
Please contact us with your order number. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in a secure box. Signs damaged during return transit cannot be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once design or printing has started, cancellations are not possible.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
What does Route cover?
Route covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages. If Route was purchased, all claims must be filed directly through Route.

Why should I add Route?
Without Route, carriers only insure up to $100 and do not cover stolen packages.
